The flight booking services offered by Farefrenzytravels, including convenience fees and service charges, are generally non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be made by calling our customer service team.

Acceptance of Refund Requests

Farefrenzytravels will accept refund requests only if all of the following conditions are met:

Refund Processing Timeline

Refund processing timelines may vary based on airline and supplier policies. In most cases, refunds may take approximately 60 to 90 days from the date the refund request is initiated to reflect in your bank account.

Refund Processing Steps

  1. Once you request a cancellation, we will send you an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your request.
  2. This confirmation does not guarantee a refund and is subject to airline approval.
  3. We coordinate with the airline or supplier to obtain necessary waivers or approvals.
  4. Once a decision is received, we will notify you of the outcome.
  5. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method.

Important: Our service fees associated with the original booking are non-refundable. All refund-related fees are charged on a per ticket, per passenger basis.

In cases where a service fee waiver is granted by the airline or supplier, the waived amount will be refunded to you accordingly.

Refund Against Cancellation

If you cancel your reservation by contacting our customer service team within 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure, we will submit your refund request to the airline in accordance with their cancellation and refund policy.

If an airfare or itinerary display error occurs after your booking is confirmed, and the fare increases during correction, you may either:

Refunds approved within the airline’s void window may be processed within 24–72 business hours. Refunds processed after the void window may take 4–5 business weeks, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If a refund is mistakenly credited more than once, you are obligated to return the excess amount to Farefrenzytravels.

Exchange & Cancellation Policies

Most confirmed airline tickets are 100% non-refundable. In certain cases, airlines may permit cancellation or exchange if requested at least 24 hours before departure.

Airline penalties, fare differences, and service fees may apply during ticket exchanges. Ticket credits are usually valid for a limited period and must be used before expiry.

Reservation Modifications

Modification requests such as date or route changes may take up to 72 hours to process. Approval is entirely dependent on airline policies and is outside our control.

Additional airline penalties, fare differences, and our service fees may apply for any approved modification.

Important Advisory

We strongly recommend contacting Farefrenzytravels for any cancellation or modification requests. If changes are made directly with the airline, we may not be able to assist with refunds or further modifications.

If you contact the airline directly for changes, you may still receive an invoice from Farefrenzytravels for applicable service fees.

Medical Emergencies

If you are unable to travel due to medical reasons, refund or exchange options will depend on airline rules. You may be required to pay airline penalties, fare differences, and service fees. Supporting medical documentation may be required.
